Privacy Policy
Covers cookies and data collection, including for EU visitors regardless of the site's default language.
This policy explains what tradinghub.cc collects, why, and what choices you have. It's written to be accurate about what actually happens on this site today, not a generic template — if that changes (e.g. we add analytics or a cookie banner), we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
1. Who runs this site
tradinghub.cc is operated by [your name / business name], based in [country] ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact [contact email]. This is the only contact point for privacy matters — we don't have a separate data protection officer at this scale.
2. Information you provide to us
tradinghub.cc has no account system, no newsletter sign-up, and no contact form at this time. The only way you'd give us personal information directly is by emailing us — in which case we hold your email address and message only to answer you, and don't add it to any list or share it further.
3. Information collected automatically
Like almost any website, some technical data is generated automatically when you visit:
- Hosting and CDN logs. This site is served through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, as our hosting/infrastructure provider, processes standard connection data for every visitor — IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps — mainly to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (e.g. bot traffic, DDoS). We don't run our own separate analytics on top of this today.
- Security cookies from Cloudflare. We don't set any first-party cookies ourselves. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary technical cookies (for example, bot-management or "are you human" checks) as part of keeping the site online and secure. These aren't used to build an advertising profile of you.
4. Live market data and embedded content
The price ticker and terminal tools on this site pull public market data client-side from CoinGecko's API and Bybit's public WebSocket feed. These requests are anonymous market-data lookups — no personal or account information is sent to or from them on your behalf. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which means your device connects directly to Google to fetch them; Google may log the request (including IP address) as it would for any font request, under Google's own privacy policy.
5. Referral links
Some links on this site — in exchange reviews, the comparison table, and select guides — are referral links, as explained on our Affiliate Disclosure page. When you click one and continue onto a partner's site, you leave tradinghub.cc entirely. From that point, the exchange's own privacy policy and cookies apply, not ours — they may set a tracking cookie or click ID to attribute a sign-up back to this site, but we don't control or receive that data directly beyond a basic "this click led to a sign-up" confirmation. We recommend checking the privacy policy of any exchange before signing up.
6. What we use this information for
- Operating, securing, and troubleshooting the site (via Cloudflare's infrastructure logs).
- Understanding, in general terms, whether content is useful (currently limited to what's visible in hosting-level traffic reports — we don't run person-level analytics).
- Responding to any email you send us.
- Attributing referred sign-ups to the correct partner exchange, based on click-throughs.
We do not sell personal information, and we don't use anything collected here for advertising or profiling.
7. Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA visitors)
Where GDPR applies, our basis for the limited processing described above is legitimate interest — keeping the site running securely and understanding basic traffic patterns — for hosting/CDN logs, and consent (given by emailing us) for anything you send us directly. If we ever introduce analytics or non-essential cookies, we'll ask for consent via a cookie banner before they're set, as required.
8. Data retention
Server and CDN logs are retained by Cloudflare only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, per Cloudflare's own retention practices, and are not archived by us separately. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Since we hold very little personal data (mainly whatever you send us by email), most requests can be handled quickly — contact us at [contact email]. EU/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA; as noted above, we do not sell personal information.
10. International visitors
This site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, meaning your connection may be processed at a data center outside your own country regardless of where you're browsing from. Cloudflare maintains its own safeguards for international data transfers, detailed in Cloudflare's GDPR/trust documentation.
11. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page whenever what we actually do changes — for example, if we add analytics, a cookie banner, or a newsletter — and update the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected clearly here; we don't provide individual notice since we don't hold contact details for most visitors.
13. Contact
