Analytics
TradingHub uses Umami Cloud and growth analytics to measure website usage and performance. Analytics loads by default and may record page views, interactions and local return-visit/session measurements. Requests disclose ordinary network data, including IP address and browser details. You can turn collection off at any time using the switch below; your choice is saved in this browser. Turning it off stops further collection and reloads the page if the tracker has already loaded. It does not undo earlier collection. Disabling analytics does not restrict access to the site.
Advertising and external requests
TradingHub displays direct banners and, when configured, AADS or HypeLab advertising automatically, independently of the audience analytics setting. There is no advertising opt-in or opt-out switch on this page. External advertising requests disclose network data, including IP address and browser details, to the provider. Providers may apply their own measurement and identifiers. Following an external or affiliate link opens a site governed by its own privacy practices. Public market APIs and streams may receive network data when tools request their data.
Radar voting and project applications
Radar voting uses a signed, Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookie, created when you vote and expiring at the next UTC midnight. The server uses a keyed IP-derived identifier to limit repeat voting; this is pseudonymous data, not anonymous data. The current network key does not use the browser user-agent; compatibility checks also recognise earlier keyed IP/user-agent records. The ten-minute limit applies to the project across visitors. Project applications and contact requests sent by email include the address, message and any information you supply.
Local functions and your choices
Watchlists, alerts and interface preferences use local browser storage for the features you select. Saved preferences can be cleared in the browser; local alerts require the relevant browser feature to run. Your analytics preference is stored separately in this browser until you change or clear it. An existing opt-out is retained when the analytics runtime is updated. The analytics choice does not control advertising.
Retention and transfers
Local preferences remain until you change or clear them. Third-party providers apply their own retention periods and may process data outside your country. Contact TradingHub for information about processing within its control.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact: [email protected].
You may withdraw optional consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent. You may also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or another competent supervisory authority. The site does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you solely by automated processing.
