Privacy Policy
This policy describes TradingHub's current processing. Advertising delivery is not controlled by an advertising-consent popup or visitor-country gate.
1. Contact
Privacy contact: [email protected]. General site information is available in Site Information.
2. Functional storage
Functional browser storage may remember user-requested interface settings and market ticker state. The privacy preference record th_consent_v5 stores the analytics choice only. TradingHub does not store an advertising-consent choice.
3. Analytics — enabled by default with opt-out
TradingHub uses Umami Cloud and its growth/RUM analytics to measure aggregate site usage and performance. The analytics runtime loads by default and does not depend on advertising delivery. Umami receives ordinary network request information required to process analytics requests. You can disable analytics in section 11; TradingHub then stores that choice locally and activates Umami's browser opt-out flag so further analytics events are not sent.
4. Direct first-party advertising
Direct TradingHub banners can be delivered without an advertising permission prompt. The public direct-ad runtime does not record impression events. Direct-ad clicks may be counted server-side only as aggregate slot/day counters; those counters are not tied to a user account, advertising cookie or browser fingerprint.
5. AADS network advertising
Basic AADS banners are loaded without a TradingHub advertising opt-in prompt. AADS currently documents that its banner ads contain no JavaScript and do not leave cookies until a visitor clicks an ad. AADS also documents network-wide daily uniqueness measurement based on IP addresses. Loading an AADS banner therefore sends ordinary network request data, including the source IP address and browser/network headers, to AADS. A remote server may infer approximate location from an IP address.
TradingHub does not use Cloudflare country metadata or another visitor-country classification to decide whether AADS may render. The AADS banner uses the provider-compatible iframe embed without TradingHub adding request-context modifiers that could alter AADS creative selection or delivery. This does not hide the network IP from the remote AADS server.
6. Other advertising providers
JavaScript-capable or otherwise unverified third-party advertising providers are not automatically enabled by the public no-prompt advertising runtime. They must be reviewed separately before activation. This prevents removal of the AADS prompt from silently enabling unrelated tracking or storage technology.
7. Hosting and security
Cloudflare may process standard request, security and delivery data such as IP address, URL, time, browser/device information, approximate location and security signals to deliver and protect the service. TradingHub does not use Cloudflare country metadata for advertising gating.
8. External functional requests and clicks
Some market pages may contact market-data providers or load explicitly requested TradingView embeds. These requests disclose ordinary network information to the relevant provider. Following an external, advertising or affiliate link transfers you to the destination provider, whose privacy and cookie terms then apply.
9. Data minimization
Advertising code does not create an advertising-consent record, advertising preference cookie or TradingHub advertising profile. AADS remains disclosed as provider-side IP network measurement. If provider behavior changes materially, the deployment and this policy must be reviewed before enabling the changed behavior.
10. Retention and international transfers
TradingHub does not invent fixed provider retention periods that are not technically configured or documented. Provider-specific retention and international-transfer safeguards remain subject to the provider's current terms and deployed configuration.
