Important limits and risks that apply to crypto market data, tools, projects, exchanges and external services.
1. No financial, investment, legal or tax advice
TradingHub content, rankings, research, market data, charts, calculators and alerts are general information. They are not tailored to you and are not a recommendation, offer, solicitation or instruction to enter or exit a transaction. No adviser, fiduciary, brokerage or agency relationship is created by your use of the site.
2. Market and leverage risk
Crypto markets can move rapidly, trade continuously, suffer thin liquidity, gaps, manipulation, exchange outages and extreme volatility. Leverage can amplify losses and liquidations. Depending on the product and jurisdiction, losses may exceed the amount initially posted as collateral.
3. Exchange and project risk
An exchange, token or project shown on TradingHub can later be hacked, become insolvent, freeze withdrawals, be delisted, lose liquidity, change operators, face regulatory action, abandon development or prove fraudulent. TradingHub's coverage does not predict or insure against those events.
4. No endorsement
Inclusion, a logo, a link, a comparison, a manually added market, an API-verified listing or a Radar entry is not an endorsement or certification. TradingHub does not guarantee the safety, solvency, governance, legal status, code, token economics or future performance of any third party or asset.
5. Data risk
Prices, supply, market cap, volume, funding, open interest, liquidation events and chart candles can be delayed, incomplete, stale, venue-specific or wrong. Upstream APIs can fail or publish inconsistent values. Fallback and cached data may be used. Always verify critical values on the venue or official source before acting.
6. Calculator and model risk
Liquidation prices, PnL, position size, DCA, funding cost, fee and effective-cost outputs are estimates. They may omit venue-specific maintenance tiers, mark-price rules, fees, funding changes, collateral treatment, spread, slippage, tax or execution effects. Liquidation heatmaps and projected zones are models and are not actual hidden order books or guaranteed future liquidation levels.
7. Third-party links and services
External sites and services are outside TradingHub's control. A link that was legitimate when reviewed can later be compromised or changed. Never assume a link is safe solely because it appears on TradingHub; verify the domain, security status, terms and regulatory availability before transferring funds or credentials.
8. Your verification responsibility
Use independent sources for material decisions. Check the exchange's current fees, withdrawal status, margin rules and legal availability; verify token contracts and official domains; and assess whether the risk is appropriate for you. Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
