Terms of Use
Rules for using TradingHub, including market-data, tool, third-party and liability limits.
Disclaimers supplement technical and operational controls; they do not remove regulatory, consumer-law or privacy obligations that otherwise apply.
By using tradinghub.cc or its tools, you agree to these Terms. They are intended to allocate risk reasonably; they do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
1. Operator and scope
TradingHub ("TradingHub", "we", "us", "the site") is an independently operated informational website. It publishes crypto market information, exchange and project coverage, charts, calculators, derivatives data, research and links to third-party services. TradingHub is not an exchange, broker, custodian, bank, investment firm or execution venue, does not hold user funds, and does not execute orders.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher. You are responsible for complying with laws and access restrictions that apply to you. Availability of a page, exchange, token, product or external link does not mean it is lawful or available in your jurisdiction.
3. Information only; no financial advice
Content and tool outputs are provided for general information, education and market analysis. They are not personalised financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice; they do not take account of your objectives, financial situation, experience or risk tolerance; and they are not an offer, solicitation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, deposit, borrow, use leverage or open an account. TradingHub does not act as your adviser, fiduciary, broker or agent.
4. No endorsement or verification of merit
Listing, ranking, tracking, displaying, linking to or manually adding an exchange, token, project, network, market or provider does not mean TradingHub endorses, recommends, sponsors, certifies or guarantees it. Labels such as "API verified", "manual listing", "tracked", "Radar" or similar describe a limited data or editorial state only. They do not verify solvency, security, ownership, code quality, regulatory status, legality, investment merit, liquidity or future availability.
A project or exchange may later fail, be hacked, become insolvent, restrict withdrawals, change ownership or terms, be delisted, become subject to enforcement action, or turn out to be fraudulent. TradingHub may not learn of that change immediately.
5. Third-party services, links and providers
Third-party exchanges, wallets, explorers, APIs, websites, advertisers and data providers are independent from TradingHub. Their own terms, privacy practices, fees, availability and risks apply. An external link can become unsafe, misleading, compromised or outdated after publication. TradingHub does not control third-party systems and does not guarantee their conduct, security, solvency, accuracy, regulatory status or continued operation.
You should independently verify material facts on the relevant official source before depositing funds, connecting a wallet, sharing credentials, executing a trade or relying on an external service.
6. Market-data accuracy, delay and availability
Market data may come from public exchange APIs, project or explorer sources, aggregators, cached observations and TradingHub calculations. Data can be delayed, stale, incomplete, duplicated, normalized incorrectly, unavailable or affected by upstream outages, rate limits, exchange errors, symbol mapping, network latency or methodology differences. A "live" or recent timestamp is a best-effort status, not a guarantee of zero latency or completeness. The absence of a stale or error label is not a warranty that data is current or correct.
TradingHub may cache the last valid value, use a documented fallback, suppress unreliable fields or show reduced coverage. See the Data Methodology for current source and normalization rules.
7. Calculators, charts and derivatives tools
Calculators and charts are analytical tools, not exchange quotes or executable prices. Outputs depend on user inputs and simplified assumptions and may not reflect fee tiers, maintenance-margin schedules, collateral rules, isolated/cross margin, mark-price methodology, funding changes, slippage, spread, taxes, liquidation fees, partial fills or venue-specific rules.
Liquidation, heatmap, funding, open-interest and order-flow views can include venue-specific, normalized, observed, derived or modelled data. Estimated liquidation zones are not a view of private exchange orders or individual positions. Observed liquidation feeds may not capture every event. Open interest and funding conventions differ by venue. Historical charts do not predict future performance.
8. User decisions and risk
You decide whether and how to use information from TradingHub. Crypto assets and leveraged products can be highly volatile and can result in rapid or total loss, including losses greater than posted collateral where a product permits it. You should verify critical information directly with the relevant venue and obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate. This responsibility does not exclude any legal responsibility TradingHub may have under applicable law.
9. Affiliate, partner and sponsored relationships
TradingHub may receive compensation from referral links, partner programs or clearly labelled advertising. Compensation does not convert a listing or link into a recommendation and does not guarantee the quality or safety of the promoted service. Material commercial relationships are described in the Disclosure.
10. Intellectual property and third-party marks
TradingHub's original text, design and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or informational comparison. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; abuse APIs or referral mechanisms; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; or systematically extract content in a way that materially disrupts the service or infringes rights.
12. Service changes and availability
TradingHub may change, correct, suspend or discontinue content, tools, sources or features without guaranteeing continuous availability. We may remove a project, exchange, link or data source when we believe it is inaccurate, unsafe, unavailable or no longer useful.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradingHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties that the site or any content, data, calculation, link or third-party service will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradingHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or reliance on the site, including trading losses, loss of opportunity, lost profits, loss of digital assets, third-party failures, inaccurate or delayed data, unavailable tools or compromised external services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law, or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, or death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits limitation.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms do not attempt to override mandatory conflict-of-law, jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules. Any dispute is governed by the law and forum that validly apply to the relationship. If you are a consumer, mandatory rights available in your place of residence remain unaffected where the law requires that result.
16. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms when TradingHub, its legal obligations or its services change. The updated date will be shown above. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
